Summary: This brief lecture was created for the EUH2000 class as an overview of the sixteenth reformations and the seventeenth century Thirty Years War, with a special focus on Scotland (since that's my special focus). It provides types of reformations, a corrective to the Martin Luther "great man" narrative, and a perspective of what religion was to people of the time.
